Toshiba Satellite C655 – NO POWER- lights ON after Pbutton pressed all LED light Off.
Problem: Shorted +3vs
Symptoms:
When the power button is pressed, the Power LED initially illuminates, but subsequently, all LEDs turn off, indicating a loss of power.
Diagnosis:
Upon conducting tests on all the coils, it was determined that the impedance is within acceptable limits. However, I have a concern regarding the possibility of a short circuit in the secondary supply if the power shuts off after pressing the power button.
and Found Shorting at +3vS , VS-Means suspend Voltage
Solutions:
replace 22uf 6.3V Capacitor
